I struggle often with focusing on the past, worrying about the future and rarely live in the present. That is certainly what I want to change in 2019. Although I haven’t laid out specific resolutions, I do want to glance at the year as a whole, and set some aspirations for 2019. It can be overwhelming to look at all the changes we want to achieve, but I hope to ease into them. This year is going to look a lot different than the last and I am ready to compare less, be kind to myself, and work even harder toward my goals. Aspirations for 2019: Inspire others (be intentional)! The first quote in my 2019 planner is a good one from Jade Goodall: “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” That resonated with me.
