One of the first things I search when planning a trip is the coffee scene of a destination. Design, location and menu – I love to see what a city has to offer. Having been craving craft coffee, Seville did not disappoint with their coffee shops and cafes. I still have more coffee in Seville to try, but hopefully this helps you as you start your day exploring this beautiful city.

Virgin Coffee

One of my top picks for craft coffee in Seville, Spain. A small shop with minimal seating (a stool, no tables) but the perfect place to have a wonderful cup to-go as you explore more of the city. Living in my area of Spain I truly crave coffee as good as Virgin.

Placido y Grata

Another top contender, situated in the Placido y Grata hotel. Some of the best coffee in Seville I drank (the iced latte was wonderful) and I really enjoyed their breakfast menu (a reprieve from the traditional Spanish cafe breakfasts).

Delatribu

In the heart of it all – great location close to the Cathedral and Alcázar. Small shop with limited seating but the perfect place to try speciality coffee while visiting Seville’s top sights.

Syra Coffee (Las Setas and Tetuan)

Two locations – one close to the well-known Las Setas and the second, in the main shopping district. Started in 2015 in Barcelona, there goal has always been “good coffee to go.”

Parceria Cafe

As you walk towards Parceria cafe, you will notice a more quiet area of the city. A market across from the street and a wonderful spot for coffee and a healthy breakfast.

El Viajero Sedentario

The perfect location for a book and espresso! Not too far from Parceria Cafe mentioned above, this quirky spot also gives a local feel. If you are traveling with kids, there are a few parks nearby and this would be a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy a morning in Seville.

Purita – De vuelta al Origen

Close to the Metropol Parasol (Las Setas), and a charming, cozy cafe to have brunch. They serve speciality coffee and have a great tea menu, as well.

Muy Coffee

Speciality coffee that uses a local roaster (Ineffable Coffee Roasters) and I have tried their beans at home – it is great coffee. Close to Viajero, there is something about this area that feels less touristy (and apparently where the great coffee is). A cute, small shop with minimal seating but seems like a wonderful spot for drink and a pastry.
